Internship Programme

St Hilary's has a long history of raising up new leaders for the Australian church.  A key strategy to this leadership development is the internship program.  The internship is designed for people considering entering into paid ministry and would like training and experience working in the church.  The program includes:

• A ministry portfolio to provide different leadership opportunities in the church
• Participating in the Growing Leaders course
• Studying some Bible subjects at Ridley College
• Being mentored and coached by experienced church workers

The program runs from February to December each year.  Applications are received between September and November.
